The long awaited Chanel Coco Cocoon ads featuring the British unconventional songbird Lily Allen have finally surfaced. And I’m not so impressed.
Because the bags look so cheap and Lily looks so comme d’habitude ( Photoshop-slimmer), it will take some time to adjust to the new Chanel Cocoon, even if they went with Lily’s friendly, smiling face! You were right after all, she doesn’t make such a Chanel girl, after all! (is that Baptiste Giabiconi’s back? The Kaiser is really launched with this guy!) (more pictures right after the jump!)
Though it should be great having two bags into one (I really loved the YSL double bag), but I actually like the non-quilted tote side better! Especially the white one – it just looks so fashion science fiction! Would you flip the Cocoon and wear it inside out?(ahem) the quilted side out?
